Frequently asked questions
Can I try before I buy? Yes — the 30-day free trial gives you 500K AI tokens to explore. No credit card required.
What happens when my trial ends? You'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you don't upgrade, your account switches to the free Spun Chat tier (no WhatsApp access).
Can I change plans later? Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
Do coupon codes work? Yes — first-time buyers can apply coupon codes for discounts and bonus tokens during checkout.
