Every paid plan includes the shared inbox, messaging and broadcasts, every on-demand AI feature (questions, summaries, drafts, translation, voice notes), Contact Circles and unlimited team members. There are no per-seat and no per-message fees. Each plan includes monthly AI credit, charged at provider rates plus 30 percent. Higher plans add AI workflows that run on a schedule, Connected AI, business automation, staff reporting, more storage and longer message history.

- Pro - Recommended for daily business operations: 3x the AI credit of Starter, plus Connected AI, business automation, basic staff reporting and general REST API and integration credentials.
- Max - 2.7x the AI credit of Pro for 2x the price, 25% less per token, with unlimited workflows and advanced staff reporting.
What the AI credit covers in practice
Each figure is the whole month's credit spent on that one thing, as if it were the only AI you used:

Computed from average observed usage: about 390 tokens per smart reply, 1,250 per chat summary and 14,300 per Weave question at Advanced quality. Real usage depends on conversation length.
AI credit packs
Available on every plan and sold at face value: $5 (1M tokens), $10 (2M tokens), $25 (5M tokens), $50 (10M tokens). Pack credit is used exactly like your included credit: provider rates plus 30 percent. See AI Token Top-ups.
Connected AI
Connected AI lets ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants read your Spun workspace through MCP. Pro and Max include it. Starter includes 2,000 Connected AI reads a month; after that there is a one-time 7-day grace period, then reads pause until the next month unless you add Connected AI for $25 per month (unlimited reads within rate limits). Reads never use AI credit, and drafting done by your own assistant uses no Spun credit; only Spun's own AI generation does. See Connect AI assistants.
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required.
The trial gives you full access to the AI features, including inbox sharing (Team Inbox), with one limit that lifts the moment you subscribe:
- Translation rooms are capped at 2 participants.
At the end of the trial, Spun shows you what you actually used - your measured token burn and voice minutes, projected to a month - and marks the plan whose monthly allowance covers that pace as Recommended for you. See Plans & Billing for how that recommendation is built.
Spun Chat - free forever
You can use Spun Chat without connecting WhatsApp at all, with no trial period and no expiry:
- Unlimited messaging with your team, plus voice messages
- A starter allowance of AI credit every month

- Tasks, alarms, contacts, labels, roles and permissions

AI credit and tokens
AI tokens are how Spun measures AI use: 1M tokens is $5 of AI credit, and each AI action deducts its provider rate plus 30 percent. AI credit powers auto-replies, translation, voice transcription, the chatbot, Weave and the intelligence dashboard. Your credit resets monthly.
If you run out, your inbox and messaging keep working normally - only the AI features pause until you top up or upgrade. Both take effect immediately, mid-cycle. Track your usage under Settings → Plan & Usage, which every role can open.
Organization managers are emailed when the organization reaches 90% and 100% of its monthly AI credit, and when it reaches 90% of its monthly Connected AI read allowance.
Extra WhatsApp numbers
You can add more WhatsApp numbers to one account. Each additional number gets its own inbox, contacts, tokens and storage. On Starter, additional numbers are full price; Pro and Max get a discount of up to 50%. See Multiple WhatsApp Numbers.

Which features are on every plan?

Are there per-seat or per-message fees?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members, and Spun never charges per message. You connect the WhatsApp number you already use - no Business API required.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
Do I need a special WhatsApp number?
No. Spun works with your existing WhatsApp number - you scan a QR code to connect, exactly like WhatsApp Web. See Connect WhatsApp.
I am on the iOS app - how do I upgrade?
Subscriptions cannot be purchased inside the iOS app. Log in from any desktop browser to upgrade; your plan applies everywhere, including the app, immediately.
Do coupon codes work?
Yes. First-time buyers can apply a coupon at checkout for a discount and bonus AI credit. Coupons are applied by org admins.
