Scheduling and bookings for classes, workshops and sessions, with WhatsApp doing the talking. A class carries its title, description, category, instructor, duration, price and currency, a maximum and minimum number of participants, and whether it runs in person, virtually or as a hybrid, with a location or a virtual link to match. One-off classes and recurring series are both supported, and a recurring series generates its individual sessions ahead of time from its schedule so each one can be managed on its own. Participants are booked into a session, can be waitlisted and promoted when a place opens, and are marked attended or missed afterwards. WhatsApp messages go out automatically for booking confirmation, waitlist promotion, a reminder before the session, and cancellation of a session. A reports view covers bookings, attendance rate, revenue, paid bookings, your most popular classes and the times of day people actually book. Available as the Classes and Workshops extension from the marketplace.
How to use
- Install the Classes and Workshops extension from Extensions.
- Create a class with its title, duration, price, capacity and whether it is in person, virtual or hybrid.
- For a repeating class, set its schedule so sessions are generated for you; otherwise add sessions yourself.
- Book participants into a session, or let the waitlist fill places as they open.
- Mark attendance after the session.
- Open Reports to see bookings, attendance and revenue.
