Coaching Sequences
Coaching Sequences let you create automated lesson series — drip campaigns that deliver content over days or weeks. Great for onboarding, courses, tips, and educational content.
What is a Coaching Sequence?
A coaching sequence is a series of messages delivered on a schedule:
Each "step" is a message or media item sent at a configured interval after enrollment.
Creating a sequence
- Navigate: Sidebar → Coaching (GraduationCap icon)
- Click "+ New Sequence"
- Configure:
- Name — internal name ("Customer onboarding", "Hebrew tips")
- Description — what participants will receive
- Steps — add messages, one per day/interval
Adding steps
For each step, configure:
- Message content — text, image, video, document, or voice note
- Delay — days after previous step (e.g., "2 days after Step 1")
- Time of day — what hour to send (respects contact timezone if known)
- Condition (optional) — only send if contact replied, or skip if unresponsive
Enrolling contacts
Manual enrollment
- Open a contact → Actions → "Enroll in sequence"
- Select the sequence → confirm
Automatic enrollment
- On label applied — when a contact gets label "New customer" → auto-enroll in onboarding
- On first message — when someone messages you for the first time
- Via Campaign — link a coaching sequence as a campaign follow-up
- Via Auto-Reply — triggered by a keyword (e.g., "TIPS" → enroll in tips sequence)
Managing enrollments
Sidebar → Coaching → Enrollments tab:
- See all active enrollments
- View progress (which step each contact is on)
- Pause/resume individual enrollments
- Skip steps manually

Tip Groups
Tip Groups are a lighter version — a curated library of tips that contacts can browse at their own pace (no schedule, just a catalog).
- Coaching → Tip Groups tab
- Create a group with categorized tips
- Share the invite link — contacts can browse and mark favorites
Analytics
- Completion rate — % of enrolled contacts who finish all steps
- Drop-off step — which step loses the most participants
- Response rate — % who reply during the sequence
- Unsubscribe rate — who opted out
