Reads a WhatsApp conversation with AI and proposes up to five tasks from it, so a long chat becomes a short list of things to do. Nothing is created until you approve it: the suggestions open in a review sheet where each row shows the task title (which you can edit), who it is for, a due date, and the exact messages the suggestion came from, with a link that jumps the chat to each cited message. Rows the AI was unsure about, rows that look like a task you already have, and rows where no date could be worked out arrive unticked; a row with no date cannot be approved until you pick one, because Spun never invents a deadline. You choose one project for the whole batch, and if you have no projects yet a project named "Tasks" is created for them. The sheet tells you when it could not read everything: voice messages with no transcript (with the same one-click transcribe option the chat summary offers), participants left out of the list the AI saw, and older messages that did not fit. If new messages arrive after the suggestions were made, the sheet says so and you can run it again. Approving creates ordinary internal tasks in your workspace, grouped as one batch: they are never shared outside the organization, and the sheet has no option to send anything to a contact. Asking for suggestions spends AI tokens whether or not you approve anything, so it happens only when you press the button. The feature is off until an administrator switches it on. It reads WhatsApp chats, and it can also read the email of the contact you are chatting with: tick "Include email" beside a one-to-one chat and Spun folds that mail into the same reading, listing the email threads it found so you can untick any you do not want read. Marketing mail is left out unless you ask for it, quarantined mail and automatic out-of-office replies are never read at all, and if a thread is too long to read in full the sheet says how many messages it had to leave out. Groups never read email, because each participant has a separate mailbox. A contact you only ever email has no chat to open, so the contact panel carries its own "Suggest tasks from email" button that reads the mail on its own. Tasks approved together stay linked as one plan. Open any of them and you get two extra buttons: "View plan" filters the task list down to that plan, and "Shift plan" moves its dates. Shifting asks for a new date for the task you opened, then shows exactly what would change - every later task in the plan moves by the same number of days, each row listed as old date to new date, with tasks that are already done or have no date left alone, and a tick box to leave any individual task where it is. Dates that were set deliberately rather than estimated are marked and need a separate confirmation before they move. Nothing changes until you confirm, and if someone else edits the plan while you are looking at it, Spun refuses the change and shows you the refreshed list instead of moving anything twice. Weekends and holidays are not taken into account. Where the conversation points at a follow-up meeting, the sheet can also show a suggested next meeting as its own row, separate from the tasks: a title, a time you can change, and one line saying what in the chat implied it. Nothing is put in your calendar until you press the button on that row, and if you change the time the original reason stays on screen marked as possibly no longer applying. Before the event is created Spun re-checks your calendar and, if something already overlaps, lists it and asks again. The row also carries an "Add a Spun meeting (video link)" tick box, off unless you tick it, which puts a Spun meeting on the event as it is created. The event is created with nobody invited - inviting anyone is a separate action you take afterwards, and the confirmation says so. If the time falls inside a period your organization configured as its no-contact period, the row says so; it is a note about contacting people, not a claim about whether anyone is free.

How to use

  1. Open a WhatsApp chat and open its info panel on the right.
  2. In the Chat Summary section, click "Suggest tasks" (the same message-count box controls how far back it reads).
  3. Wait while the conversation is read.
  4. Review each suggested task: edit the title, set who it is for, pick a date where one is missing, and untick anything you do not want.
  5. Check the evidence under a row, or click the arrow beside it to jump to that message in the chat.
  6. Choose the project at the top of the sheet.
  7. Click "Create selected". Cancel creates nothing at all.
