AI monitors that watch selected WhatsApp groups and surface business-opportunity signals. Found in Groups & Channels → Intelligence tab, with three sub-tabs:

  1. Signals - detections from your monitors, each with confidence (high/medium/low) and a status lifecycle (new → reviewing → assigned → contacted → dismissed → expired). Actions: change status, assign, snooze, dismiss, give feedback, or generate an AI draft reply. Filter by monitor, confidence, and status; switch scope between "My org" and shared Spun Group pools.
  2. Monitors - create monitors with the guided wizard: pick groups (with a consent acknowledgment), define the objective (template recipe or custom text, plus optional keyword triggers), choose recipients and alert mode (Immediate / Daily digest / Weekly), then review and optionally run a test scan. Monitors support pause/resume, archive, "Scan history" backfill over a range of recent days you choose, confidence thresholds with auto-suggested tuning, shadow mode, cooldowns, and signal expiry. An immediate alert in Spun Chat can end with one tip line suggesting a workflow you have not set up yet (a monitor on your busiest group, a check-in rule, or a daily digest, in that order), with an Open Workflows button; once you have all three, the alert carries no tip.
  3. Sharing (SGI) - share your groups into a cross-org Spun Group "pool". Pool monitors scan all members' shared groups and signals appear in the shared feed, but the posting contact's identity stays hidden; members send an intro request that the sharer approves or declines (with optional time-limited auto-approve grants). Every running monitor, over your own groups or a pool, occupies one of your plan's workflow slots, shared with scheduled digests, check-in rules and bot trigger rules, so the slot count is the plan ceiling: pausing or archiving a monitor frees its slot, and when every slot is in use the app refuses to start another until you pause one or upgrade. Keyword-only monitors run no AI and spend nothing. A monitor that runs out of tokens pauses and can be resumed by topping up. (A separate per-pool cap limits how many monitors one shared pool can carry, as spam protection.) Monitors flag requests as they arrive; for a full analysis of your groups (open requests, who on your team answered, decisions), ask Weave: see Analyze Your WhatsApp Group Chats.

Staff response time monitors (a monitor type in the Monitors sub-tab) use no AI and spend no tokens. In the wizard, choose "Staff response time", pick groups and a time limit (5 to 1440 minutes, default 60). When a customer's request in one of those groups gets no reply from your staff within that time, a signal appears in the Signals tab and you are alerted (Immediate by default). Several messages in a row from customers count as one request, timed from the first, and a message sent within 10 minutes of a staff message counts as a reply to staff, not a new request. Staff means your team members and contacts with the staff label: a monitor shows "No staff set" while none are known, and raises nothing until there are. These monitors watch your own groups only (not shared pools), and have no test scan or scan history.
