The main view shows all your WhatsApp groups and communities:

  • Name and profile photo
  • Member count
  • Last activity (most recent message time)
  • Your role (admin/participant)
  • Labels (if you've labeled the group)

Filtering

  • By role: "Groups I admin" vs "All groups"
  • By activity: "Active this week" / "Inactive 30+ days"
  • By size: "Small (< 50)" / "Medium" / "Large (100+)"
  • By label

Member management

Click any group → Members tab:

  • View all members with phone numbers
  • Export to CSV — phone, name, join date
  • Remove members (if you're admin)
  • Promote/demote admins
  • See who joined via invite link vs. added by admin

Bulk member operations

Select multiple members → Actions:

  • Send campaign to selected members

Communities

WhatsApp Communities (groups of groups) are also managed here:

  • View the community structure
  • See sub-groups and their members
  • Post announcements to the community channel
  • Manage community-level settings

Analytics

Groups Hub → Analytics:

  • Message volume per group (daily/weekly)
  • Active members (sent at least 1 message this week)
  • Growth — members added/removed over time
  • Top contributors — most active members
