Automatically sync and back up WhatsApp media files (images, videos, documents, voice messages) to cloud storage. Manage storage usage and configure which file types to sync. Each synced file draws from the org's AI token budget; if that budget runs out, syncing pauses with a visible reason in the UI and resumes automatically once the budget renews or is topped up.

How to use

1. Go to Settings → File Sync.
2. Enable file syncing.
3. Configure which media types to sync (images, videos, documents, voice).
4. Monitor storage usage in the File Sync panel.
5. If syncing pauses due to an exhausted token budget, it resumes on its own once the budget is renewed or topped up - no action needed beyond that.
