Set personal goals, get check-in reminders in your own Spun Chat, write a short reflection, and review how the season went. One engine behind two marketplace listings:
- Goals & Reflection - goals, resolutions and habits. The year turns on January 1, with quarterly checkpoints.
Both listings are free on every plan and both can be installed. Which one you install decides your vocabulary, your calendar and your starter packs; it is a per-user setting, so two people in the same org can work in different profiles. Switching moves the previous profile's goals into a read-only archive rather than deleting them.
What it does:
- Starter packs of ready-made goals, plus an AI box where you describe what you want in your own words and get drafts to edit. The AI box needs AI to be enabled for your org; the packs do not.
- Check-ins on a schedule you choose: daily, weekly, a custom number of days, and in the Jewish listing erev Shabbat and Rosh Chodesh. Each check-in shows up as an alarm and as a message in your own Spun Chat. Reply with a quick chip, a quoted reply, or open the reflection form.
- The thirteen-trait rotation, one trait a week: Franklin's thirteen virtues in the general listing, the thirteen middot in the Jewish listing.
- Season reviews at the boundaries above, and a rotating chizuk line at the top of the inbox.
- A quiet window for Shabbat and Yom Tov in the Jewish listing, computed from the Hebrew calendar with an Israel or diaspora setting. A nightly check-in that lands inside the window is skipped rather than pushed; weekly, erev Shabbat and Rosh Chodesh check-ins move to the next allowed time, so nothing bunches up after a long Yom Tov.
Privacy: your goals and your reflections are yours alone. They are invisible to managers and teammates even in a Team Inbox org, enforced by the database rather than by hiding things in the interface. Alarm titles, Google Calendar titles and push text stay generic unless you opt a check-in into a descriptive title. An org-level export never contains reflection bodies; your own personal export does. Deleting an entry also redacts the copies of it in Spun Chat.
The Jewish listing labels some starter cards "For men" or "For women"; unlabelled cards are for everyone, and the filter defaults to showing all of them. Nothing is inferred about you. A few subjects are handled sensitively: those cards ask a yes/no or a note rather than a 1-5 rating, are never named in the inbox banner, and are answered with a reviewed card instead of AI-generated text. Cards still awaiting review are marked "Draft".
