A review queue for messages an AI assistant wants to send on your behalf, so nothing an AI writes reaches a customer without a person agreeing to it. Requests arrive from a connected AI app or from Weave and wait with the recipient, the full text, any attachment, and the source they came from. Each one passes an outbound safety review before you see it, and anything suspicious is shown with the reason in plain language: a recipient who is not part of the conversation, a first-ever direct message to someone met only in a shared group, an unusual number of links, a sending pattern that looks like a broadcast, or content that appears to follow instructions planted inside the chat. You can approve and send, edit the wording first and send it as yourself, reject it with a reason, or discard a draft, and a queue that has been flooded can be cleared in one action. Approving a scheduled request sends it at its time, and approving during quiet hours holds it until quiet hours end. Requests nobody acts on expire instead of sending late, and a request whose recipient has replied since it was drafted is flagged before you approve it. The same queue also holds a message a pipeline automation wanted to send and could not: it is marked as coming from an automation and carries the reason and what can be done about it. Where the reason is that there is no record of that person ever writing to you, the card says it cannot be sent from here and approving it is refused, because starting that conversation is something a person does by opening the chat and writing themselves. A History tab records what was approved, rejected, edited or expired and who did it, and the menu entry carries a badge with how many items are waiting. Approving requires the same permission the inbox requires to send a message, and an org can restrict approvals further.
How to use
- Open the Spun Tools menu and choose AI Sends; the badge shows how many are waiting.
- Read the request: recipient, message, attachment, and where it came from.
- Check any safety note on the card before deciding.
- Press Approve and send, or Edit to change the wording and send it as yourself, or Reject to refuse it with a reason.
- Use Discard for drafts you do not want, or Discard all to clear a flooded queue.
- Open the History tab to see what was already handled and by whom.
