Prize-wheel campaigns that collect leads, managed from Settings → Lead Games. Only organization managers see and use this screen; everyone else sees a note that managers run it, and the server refuses the requests anyway. The public game page participants play, at {business}.playmyoffer.com/{campaign}, and the management side (building campaigns, publishing versions, attaching hostnames and reviewing entries) are both built out. The screen has three tabs. Campaigns lists every campaign with its status, entry mode and last update (Israel time), and New campaign opens the editor. In the editor you set the name, the page address, start and end times, a maximum number of entries, a daily entry limit, how many days unverified entries are kept, when an entry becomes a lead (verified or approved, verified only, or approved only) and bot protection on the entry form. The entry mode switch is titled "Require WhatsApp before spinning" and is on by default: every completed entrant must message your business first, creating a WhatsApp conversation for follow-up, which may reduce completed entries. Switched off, entrants can spin without WhatsApp, with less friction but no guarantee you can reach every participant through WhatsApp. In required mode you must pick the receiving number, and the editor shows the number participants will message and warns if that number is disconnected. Occasion presets, picked in the editor, bundle a template, decorative motif and matching title/headline text into one click (non-religious occasions), which you can still hand-edit afterwards; each template belongs to one of these wheel shapes: full pie slices, a donut with an open center, gapped slices with a rim between them, a flat outlined ring, or a half-circle. Prizes are a table of segments with a weight, an optional inventory and daily limit, an optional coupon code, a no-prize option and an active switch; the live odds are shown beside each weight, and they shift as inventory runs out. A "Winner messages" block under the table holds, per real prize, the reward message (the text of the WhatsApp acknowledgement a winner gets; empty sends "Congratulations! You won:" plus the prize) and the redemption instructions appended after it. In the Spun platform org only, a platform admin also sees a "Use for Spun onboarding" switch on each campaign: checked, the campaign becomes the wheel new Spun signups get on the web setup page, with its own settings (label on the signup card, languages and countries it serves, a weight when several onboarding campaigns match, and whether the iOS and Android apps may show it), a live health line, and the rules that differ for onboarding (everyone wins, prize expiry counts from the spin, WhatsApp stays required, prizes are handed out by a person). An onboarding campaign is never open to the public: its wheel only plays inside the Spun setup card or login popup, and anyone who opens its address directly sees "This game is not available right now." A Wheel design card under the prize table shows the campaign's wheel drawn with your own prizes and names its template; "Choose another design" on the card opens a dialog that plays through the entire participant experience, landing to spin to result, inside a small phone-sized frame before you publish, can show several templates side by side to compare, and "Save design" makes the template you settled on the campaign's wheel, shown on the card in place of the default; a campaign that already has a live version opens on that version's design. Save prizes and settings before Publish. The publish dialog states which entry mode and receiving number are frozen into the version being published, shows a six-column carry-over preview per prize (previous total, awarded so far, previous remaining, new total and remaining after publish), and if you raised a prize total it highlights that row and requires you to tick an acknowledgement before publishing. The publish dialog also has a wheel Look picker, starting on the design chosen on the card: a template gallery grouped into Evergreen, Seasonal and Promotions tabs, each template with its own mood, color palette, pointer shape and decorative touches; the Promotions tab has no templates yet and tells you to pick Evergreen or Seasonal instead. It also warns when entrants have already verified on the current version and are waiting to spin, because publishing makes them start again. You choose which form fields are required; in required mode the phone field may be left off, since the WhatsApp message supplies the number. On the public page, a strip beside the wheel lists the prizes on offer. Until a participant is eligible to spin (for example, before they complete the WhatsApp handoff in required mode), the wheel shows as locked, with copy explaining what unlocks it; once eligible it becomes armed and ready to spin. A manager can turn on a soft tick sound while the wheel spins; it only plays once the participant has allowed sound in their own browser (a one-time tap), and a mute choice remembered for that device always wins over the campaign setting. Landing on a real prize shows confetti; a no-prize result never does. A published campaign can be paused, resumed, stopped now, completed, archived or duplicated, and a live required-mode campaign is flagged when its receiving number is unhealthy. Leads lists entries across campaigns with contact details masked by default; Reveal contact details is an explicit request that is recorded in the audit log, and Hide contact details (or any refresh or filter change) masks them again. Entries awaiting review can be approved or rejected there. Hostnames attaches a business name as the game hostname; a name is reserved for your business for life, and Detach only disables it. Winners are redeemed from the Leads tab or from the conversation: a Redeem button marks the prize handed over (with an optional note), Void cancels a prize the winner declined, and Reopen undoes either; each action is recorded in the audit log, a prize can only be redeemed once even if two people click at the same time, and redeeming never changes inventory or odds. When a participant messaged your business, their WhatsApp conversation shows a Lead Games card with the campaign, whether they won and what, the redemption status and the same buttons; contact details on it stay masked. The publish dialog has a "Send winners a WhatsApp acknowledgement" switch, off by default, which sends a short message naming the prize (the reward message and redemption instructions you wrote for that prize) after a participant who messaged you wins; a failed or delayed message never changes the prize itself. After publishing, an "Embed on your website" section gives you a copy-paste snippet (inline, or a corner launch button) to put your game on your own website, with setup notes for common site builders and a live preview; an allowed-websites list controls which of your sites may embed it, and campaign analytics split entries into embedded versus played directly on the game page.
How to use
- Open Settings → Lead Games (organization managers only).
- On Campaigns, click New campaign, fill in the name and page address, keep "Require WhatsApp before spinning" on or switch it off, pick the receiving number, and click Create campaign.
- Apply an occasion preset if you want one, and add prizes with weights, checking the live odds beside each weight; use "Choose another design" on the Wheel design card to play through the participant experience and pick a template, click Save design to make it the campaign's wheel, then click Save prizes.
- Click Publish; in the publish dialog, confirm or change the look in the wheel Look gallery (Evergreen, Seasonal or Promotions tabs; Promotions has no templates yet), read the carry-over preview and the frozen entry mode, tick the acknowledgement if a prize total was raised, choose the required fields, and publish.
- Use Pause, Resume, Stop now, Complete, Archive or Duplicate as the campaign runs.
- On Leads, filter by campaign, approve or reject entries, click Redeem when a winner collects the prize (Void or Reopen if needed), and use Reveal contact details only when you need them (the reveal is audited).
- In the WhatsApp conversation with a participant, open the Lead Games card in the side panel to see the result and redeem from there.
- On Hostnames, attach your business name; Detach disables it but the name stays reserved for you.
- After publishing, open "Embed on your website" to copy a snippet for your site and add the sites you want on the allowed-websites list.
