A small "Try next" block that points at the next three features your workspace has not used yet, in a fixed order: voice note transcription, smart replies, chat summary, contact summary, translation, Weave, MCP and API, Self Proxy, labels, alarms and tasks. Each row has a title, one line about what the feature does and a link that opens the feature where it lives (the thread action, the setting, Settings → AI Assistant (MCP), the Self Proxy card). Once a feature has been used (a transcription, a summary or a translation ran, a smart reply was shown, Weave was asked, an MCP or API key exists, a Self Proxy was set up, a label beyond the starter ones was created, an alarm or a task exists) its row disappears and the next feature moves up; when every feature has been used the block is gone. The x on a row hides that feature for seven days on this device, and the next unused one takes its place. On a computer the block sits in the sidebar under the chat list header; on a phone its rows are at the top of the Spun Tools menu. It is separate from the onboarding checklist and does not award tokens.
How to use
- Look under the chat list header (computer) or open Spun Tools (phone) for the "Try next" rows.
- Tap a row to open that feature where it is used.
- Press the x on a row to hide it for a week; another feature takes its place.
- The block updates within a few minutes of a feature being used, and disappears once everything has been tried.
