How to use

1. Click Dashboard in the sidebar.
2. View charts for message volume, response times, and activity.
3. Filter by date range and channel.
4. Check the Team Performance widget for a per-agent breakdown of messages sent, conversations handled, and average first-response time against your SLA target.
