The sidebar shows a label under every icon; a chevron above the bottom group, or the "Show labels under sidebar icons" switch in Settings → Menu & Features, collapses it to icons only. Fixed items: Spun (the dashboard), Chats, Tools, Extensions; then up to six pinned features; then Settings and Sign out. Spun Tools (the grid icon, or the Tools tab on a phone) lists every feature in eight groups named by the job: Inbox, Plan, Grow, Automate, WhatsApp & Calls, Insights, Developer, and Hubs. Rows that need WhatsApp (for example AI Chatbot, Auto Labeling, Alarm Rules, Digests and API & MCP Keys) only appear once the WhatsApp Channel extension is installed. Without it, those rows and toggles are hidden. Rows shipped as extensions carry a small puzzle mark; the search box also matches keywords such as "kanban" or "mcp". Pin any row to the sidebar from its pin icon (six at most; a seventh asks you to unpin one first). Lead Games (Grow), Digests and AI Logs (Insights) open from Spun Tools as full pages with a close button. Ctrl/Cmd+K opens a search over every tool and every Settings page: type a name, move with the arrow keys, press Enter to open.
How to use
- Click Tools in the sidebar (or the Tools tab on a phone) and pick a row from its group, or type in the search box.
- Hover a row and click the pin to add it to the sidebar; click it again to remove it.
- Press Ctrl/Cmd+K anywhere, type part of a name, and press Enter.
- To collapse the sidebar to icons, click the chevron above Settings; click it again to bring the labels back.
