Scheduled morning briefing sent to you each day at a time you choose, delivered as a message to your Spun Chat self-conversation or your own WhatsApp number. The Spun Chat conversation it lands in is named "Daily Summary", so it reads as a named chat rather than your own phone number. It lists today's alarms, today calendar events (all-day events are labelled all day; timed ones show the time, and an event with a meeting link carries a "Join" link straight to it), tasks due today, overdue tasks, scheduled messages going out, Keep In Touch contacts that are overdue, a Group Intel line when group monitoring finds new opportunities, Group Recaps: short AI summaries of the last 24 hours in up to 5 WhatsApp groups you select (uses AI tokens; requires the Chat Summary AI feature), and Digest sections: any Chat Digest with "Include in daily summary" enabled appears as a section with its stored answer (no extra AI cost - it reuses the digest's stored content). It can also carry a Pipeline section, off unless a manager turns it on for the whole workspace: new leads, won and lost counts, win rate always shown with the close rate beside it, the median time to close, and how many cards are stalled on the board right now, taken from your default board over the last seven days. It is off by default because these pipeline figures are new and their definitions may still be tuned, so a workspace is meant to look at its own numbers on the board first. A figure the board cannot work out reads n/a rather than 0, and the section only reaches people whose permissions already let them see the pipeline. In the app, each line is a clickable link that opens the matching panel (task, chat, scheduled messages, Keep In Touch, Group Intel, group chat). Each content section can be toggled on or off, and sending can be skipped automatically on days with nothing due.

How to use

1. Open the Dashboard from the sidebar and find the Daily Summary widget.
2. Turn on Daily Morning Summary and pick the send time.
3. Choose delivery via Spun Chat or WhatsApp.
4. Tick which sections to include: Alarms, Calendar, Tasks, Overdue, Group Intel, and whether to skip when nothing is due.
5. Optionally expand Group Recaps and select up to 5 groups to receive a short AI summary of each group's last 24 hours.
6. Use Send Now to test immediately.
7. Tap any line in the received summary to jump to that item in the app.
8. To add pipeline figures, a manager opens Settings, then Privacy Controls, then Outbound Reports, and turns on "Pipeline in Daily Summary" - it is off until someone does, and it applies to the whole workspace.
