A section in the chat information panel that surfaces earlier conversations resembling the one you are reading, so a question you have already handled does not have to be answered from scratch. Spun indexes conversation history in overlapping passages and matches the current chat against them by meaning rather than by keyword, preferring more recent history. Each result shows the other person, the date and the matching excerpt, and opens that conversation when clicked. Nothing is fetched until you expand the section, and the section stays hidden when there is no comparable history to show.
How to use
- Open a conversation and show the chat information panel.
- Expand Similar Past Cases.
- Read the matching excerpts from earlier conversations.
- Click a result to open that conversation.
