A configurable card dashboard, labeled "MCP Dashboard" in the app, that gathers the inbox's prepared intelligence in one place: your chat digests (with numbered source citations you can preview and open), active Group Intelligence signals, work awaiting your review, conversations needing follow-up, and tasks due or overdue, topped by an attention strip with the counts that matter. The review card, headed "Awaiting your review", holds two kinds of item: AI sends waiting for approval, and pipeline stage suggestions. A stage suggestion is marked with a "Stage suggestion" pill, names the stage the card would move from and to, gives the reason the AI offered for it, and can be approved or rejected right there; the card refreshes itself when someone else moves that lead, and tells you when a suggestion was dropped because the card had already moved, could not be moved, or had already been answered by someone else. Opening the dashboard never spends AI tokens - every card shows stored results, and refreshing a digest is always an explicit button press with a token cost hint. Each user can choose and reorder cards; org managers can publish a team default layout that new users inherit.

How to use

  1. Open the Spun Tools menu and click "MCP Dashboard" (brain icon, in the Dashboard group).
  2. Read the attention strip for pending approvals and stage suggestions, urgent signals, overdue tasks, and stale digests.
  3. Expand a digest card to read the full answer with numbered citations - hover or tap a citation to preview the source message, then open the chat from the preview.
  4. Press "Refresh now" on a digest to update it (the token cost range is shown), or "Refresh N stale" to update several after a cost confirmation.
  5. Click Customize to hide, show, or reorder cards; managers can "Save as team default".
  6. Quick approve/reject appears on AI sends only when the AI safety check explicitly passed - everything else opens the full approval queue.
  7. Approve or reject a pipeline stage suggestion straight from the same card; approving moves the lead on the board.
