Invite team members to your Spun workspace. Team members are unlimited and free - there are no per-seat charges. Only the owner and Full Control members can see and use the Human Support chat with Spun and the Tickets tab; Viewer, Team Member and Manager shares do not include it. Assign sharing roles via the Share Wizard: Viewer (read-only within filters), Team Member (communicate within filters), Manager (manages inside the shared filters and sees every contact of the inbox), or Full Control (entire inbox, identical to admin). Inbox sharing is included on every paid plan and during the Free Trial: Starter, Pro, Max and the trial can all grant Full Control and the scoped/partial-access roles (Viewer, Team Member, Manager) alike, with no upgrade needed. Where the role is scoped rather than full control, the wizard also asks which pipeline boards and which stages within them the person may work with, and the permission list carries separate controls for seeing the pipeline, moving cards between stages, and editing boards. When someone accepts an invitation they get a personal label with their name, which a manager can later add to the round-robin rotation; it starts switched off, so no chats are routed to them until then. Inviting over WhatsApp is offered only when WhatsApp is installed; the invite link works in every workspace. A team member whose own workspace has no WhatsApp line lands in the team inbox they were given (when there is exactly one), and while they are in their own workspace a banner at the top of the chat list links to the team inbox, workspaces with the same name are labelled "your workspace" or "shared by" the sharer, and Plan & Usage says their seat is already covered by the plan of the team inbox. The Team card shows what the sharing of each limited member actually reaches - "Limited to: Sales (0 conversations, 0 contacts)", "Nothing shared yet" or "Full access" - with a one-click "Give full access" button when it matches nothing, and managers get one in-app notice per member per 7 days ("2 members have access that currently matches nothing") with the same one-click action. A limited member whose shares match nothing reads an explanation in the chat list and on the Contacts page instead of a blank screen: which inbox, which filters, that 0 conversations or contacts match, and whom to ask to widen it; a member with no live share at all reads that the sharer has not shared anything with them yet. Share rows are the truth: the Team card, the member sheet and the server read the same effective permissions, so a stale membership setting can never grant more than the live shares do. The access label of a member (Viewer, Team Member, Manager or Full Control) comes from the effective share role, the same on the Team card, the shared-inbox banner and the Spun admin panel, and a member can change only their own settings pages, never the line, email sender or SMS provider of the organization. An invitation link checks who opens it: if you are signed in with a different email from the one it was sent to, the page shows the address it was sent to (partly hidden) and offers to sign out and continue with your own account. An account that already has access to the workspace is told so and cannot accept or decline the invitation, which stays open for the person it was sent to. Admins: the account owner, shown as "Account owner" on the member sheet, can change another admin to a limited role with "Change role" or remove that admin from the organization. Other admins cannot change or remove an admin, and nobody can change or remove the account owner.
