Set time-based reminders for conversations. Get notified to follow up with a contact. Alarms work the same way in a Spun Chat conversation as in a WhatsApp chat: the thread header shows a bell with the live alarms for that conversation, any message can become an alarm from its action menu, and the context panel carries an Alarms section for the chat. Also includes Alarm Rules - an auto-alarm engine that automatically creates alarms when conditions are met (e.g. no reply within X hours, new message from VIP label, CRM deal stage change). Alarm Rules react to incoming WhatsApp messages, so that tab appears only when WhatsApp is installed in the workspace. An alarm that is the reminder for a Goals & Reflection check-in carries a Goals button that opens the check-in. Moving that alarm moves the check-in, and deleting it cancels that check-in and schedules the next one.
How to use
- Open Alarms from the sidebar.
- Click "+ New Alarm".
- Select the conversation and set a reminder time.
- You'll get a notification when it's time.
- To set one from a chat: open the message action menu and choose Add Alarm, or use the Alarms section in the chat context panel; the bell in the chat header lists the alarms for that chat.
- For auto-alarms: open the Alarm Rules tab and create rules with trigger conditions.
