Settings is the main configuration hub for your Spun workspace. Its tabs (some are admin-only):
- General - Interface language, timezone, date format, Shabbat mode config, profile details, and your organization's Data region (for example Europe or United States), which is where your organization's data is stored. When more than one region is available, "Test speed" compares response time to each; if another region answers faster, a manager can press "Request move to" that region, which the Spun team reviews and schedules while the inbox stays available.
- Notifications - Browser, mobile, and email notification preferences per event type, outbound email sender/provider configuration, and a switch that stops pipeline automations from notifying you on WhatsApp whatever the automation itself asks for.
- Interface - Simple/Power/Custom mode toggle, per-feature visibility toggles, sidebar pin order, drag-to-reorder, Momentum widget toggles, and Presentation mode with the keyboard shortcut that turns it on and off from anywhere in the app.
- WhatsApp - Three sub-tabs: Message History (sync/backfill), Health (connection status, QR code, reconnect, Change Channel, Self Proxy), and Business (business profile).
- Plan & Usage - Visible to all roles: current plan, AI token usage meter with reset countdown, burn rate and projection, by-feature usage breakdown with manage links, recent-periods chart. Admin-only within the tab: upgrade/downgrade, billing history, payment methods, coupon codes, token pack purchases.
- AI - AI model preferences, system prompts, token usage dashboard. The AI Features list shows every AI capability the org has, even ones with no toggle here: Contact Summaries (hourly background contact memory notes, toggleable) sits alongside informational rows for AI Intent and AI Auto-Labeling, which link out to Automations and the Labels manager where their real controls live.
- AI Assistant (MCP) - Connect external AI apps to the inbox via MCP, manage connected apps and API keys.
- Digests - AI-generated chat digests: freshness status per digest, manual rebuild, pause/resume generation.
- AI Logs - Audit log of all AI operations (compose, summarize, translate, chatbot).
- Voices - TTS voice selection for translation rooms and voice features.
- Storage - Storage usage breakdown, cleanup, pause/resume syncing, and "Auto-download videos": leave it on and arriving videos are downloaded and kept as usual; turn it off and each video waits in the chat as a thumbnail with "Tap to load video" until somebody actually opens it. It is the same choice offered on the Self Proxy card, because it is that computer's internet connection a video download travels over.
- Privacy / Filtering - PII redaction presets (Maximum/Balanced/Full AI), cross-org connection toggles, data export, account deletion, the admin-only meeting recording policy for the whole organization, and outbound report toggles such as whether pipeline activity is included in the daily summary.
- Response Targets - First-response SLA policy: target minutes, business-hours gating (shared with Auto Reply's schedule), warn-at threshold, assignee/team notification list.
- Sessions - Active session management and force logout.
- Phone Calls - VoIP provider config, caller ID, recording settings (with Phone Calls extension).
- File Sync - Media backup toggle, file type selection, storage usage (with File Sync extension).
- Google Calendar, Meet & Gmail - Google Calendar and Meet integration, plus a separate card for connecting Gmail so you can email contacts from your own address. The two connections are independent: connecting one does not connect the other, and only the owner of a mailbox can disconnect it.
- Google Sheets - Sync/export inbox data to Google Sheets.
- CRM Sync - HubSpot integration (OAuth connect, field mapping, sync direction; with CRM Sync extension).
- SMS - SMS channel setup (TextBee provider) for sending and receiving SMS.
- Facebook Leads - Facebook Lead Ads integration (with Facebook Leads extension).
- Developer - Developer tools and API access.
