Per-line switches in the "Sending preferences" card under the Sending Health card in Settings > WhatsApp > Health that decide how carefully a WhatsApp line sends campaigns. Every guard is optional and can be turned off. Only organization managers can see and change these settings; other members see a note that the sending preferences for the line are set by an organization manager. Defaults: "Daily first-contact budget" ON (blank uses the line's age default: 50 per day while the line is under 30 days old, 150 after; over-budget recipients are deferred to the next day, never dropped); "Auto-slow" ON (15% minimum 48-hour reply rate, 30% maximum single-tick share; steps the pace one preset slower, never pauses); "Pause while restricted" ON (holds new-contact sends while the line looks restricted, resumes when it clears or after 24 hours); "New-line warm-up tier" ON (3 messages per minute for the line's first week; turn off to opt out); "Opt-out footer" ON with an optional custom text; "Image variation" ON. "Expert mode" is OFF by default: when on, it lifts every guard on this line, the new-line warm-up tier and the preflight prompts before a campaign. The platform sending rate limit and any daily limit set on a campaign still apply, and Sending Health keeps updating and stays advisory. While Expert mode is on the other switches stay saved but are not applied.
How to use
- Open Settings > WhatsApp > Health.
- Pick the line in the Sending Health card; the "Sending preferences" card below follows it.
- Toggle "Daily first-contact budget" and optionally type a number per day (blank = age default).
- Adjust "Auto-slow" thresholds (% replies, % single tick) or switch it off.
- Toggle "Pause while restricted", "New-line warm-up tier", "Opt-out footer" (with custom text) and "Image variation".
- Turn on "Expert mode" only if you want all guards lifted; an amber note confirms it is on.
- Click Save. Changes apply to the next sends of that line.
