System activity feed showing all automated actions that have fired across your workspace: auto-replies triggered, autopilot evaluations, label rules applied, coaching messages sent, alarm rules triggered, and more. Acts as an audit log for all automation activity. Each row says what happened, and where nothing was sent it says why: no rule matched, an override or a conflicting rule took precedence, the rule is switched off, the same message had already gone out, a cooldown or a limit was in force, or the chat was held because a person was answering it. The feed can be narrowed to any one of those outcomes, to a single system, and to a date range.
How to use
- Open Automations from the sidebar.
- View the activity feed with timestamps and details of each automated action.
- Filter by automation type (auto-reply, autopilot, label rule, alarm rule, coaching), or by result to see only what fired or only what was skipped and why.
- Click any entry to see details or jump to the related conversation.
