CRM Integration (HubSpot)
Spun integrates with HubSpot CRM for bidirectional contact sync — keep your WhatsApp contacts and CRM records in sync automatically.
What syncs

Setup
- Navigate: Settings → CRM Sync
- Click "Connect HubSpot" — this opens HubSpot's OAuth authorization page
- Authorize access — select the HubSpot account to connect
- Field mapping: Configure which HubSpot fields map to which Spun fields
- Sync direction: Choose Spun→HubSpot, HubSpot→Spun, or Bidirectional
- Initial sync: Click "Sync Now" to import existing contacts (can take 5-30 minutes depending on volume)

Custom fields: Map any Spun custom contact field to a HubSpot property.
Sync behavior
- Real-time: Changes sync within 60 seconds.
- Conflict resolution: Last-write-wins (most recent edit takes priority).
- Deletions: Deleting in Spun does NOT delete in HubSpot (safety measure).
- Deduplication: Matches by phone number first, then email.

Other CRMs
Currently, Spun has native integration with:

For other CRMs, use Webhooks to build custom integrations.
Common issues
"Contacts aren't syncing" → Check Settings → CRM Sync → Status. If "Disconnected", re-authorize. HubSpot tokens expire every 6 hours and auto-refresh — if this fails, reconnect.
"Duplicate contacts in HubSpot" → Ensure phone numbers are in the same format. Spun normalizes to international format (+972...), but your HubSpot might have local format (05...).
