See which teammates are viewing or replying to a conversation before you answer it, so two people do not reply to the same customer. Mention a teammate with @ in a team note to send them a push notification.
How to use
- Open any chat - names of teammates viewing it appear under the contact name.
- If someone is typing a reply, a warning appears above the message box.
- In the context panel, open Team Notes and type @ followed by a name to notify that person.
