Send bulk WhatsApp messages to multiple contacts at once. Use templates, schedule sends, and track delivery. Includes a Broadcast Panel for quick one-off bulk sends and a full Campaign Hub for managing recurring and scheduled campaigns. Every campaign is paced by the platform sending rate limit (8 per minute, 200 per hour, 1,000 per day per line; 3 per minute during a new line's first week) plus a pace preset (Conservative 15-30 seconds between messages, Normal 8-15 seconds, the default, or Aggressive 3-8 seconds), quiet hours (default 22:00-08:00), and an optional daily limit per campaign. Before a campaign starts, a "Campaign preflight" panel lists Recipients, First contacts, Unsaved, Identical body, Links, Send window, Duration, Line age and Health, with "Adjust" and "Send anyway" buttons; it never blocks a send. Optional per-line guards, all on by default and switchable in Settings > WhatsApp > Health: "Daily first-contact budget" (default 50 messages per day to people the line never wrote to before while the line is under 30 days old, 150 after; anything over the budget is deferred to the next day, never dropped), "Auto-slow" (after 40 sends, steps the pace one preset slower when the 48-hour reply rate is under 15% or the single-tick share is over 30%; it never pauses), and "Pause while restricted" (three first-contact failures in a row while existing chats still deliver marks the line restricted for up to 24 hours and defers new-contact sends to the next send window). Optional message helpers: merge fields for the first name and the full name via the "Personalize:" row (buttons "First name" and "Full name", with a "Preview for" line showing the first recipient's name), an "Add opt-out line" button that appends a short reply-STOP footer in the message language (8 languages, text editable under "Opt-out footer" in send preferences), and "Image variation" (default on) that makes each recipient's copy of an image slightly different when an image goes to more than 20 recipients. "Expert mode" on a line lifts the guards and the preflight prompts but not the platform rate limit or a campaign daily limit.
How to use
- Open Campaigns from the sidebar.
- Click "+ New Campaign".
- Select recipients (by label, activity, or manual) and, if you have several lines, pick the line or "Split across lines".
- Write your message or use a template; use the "Personalize:" buttons to insert the first-name or full-name merge field and "Add opt-out line" for a reply-STOP footer.
- Review the "Campaign preflight" panel; click "Adjust" to change the audience or pace, or "Send anyway".
- Schedule or send immediately.
- Use the Broadcast Panel for quick bulk sends without creating a full campaign; these run server-paced as a quick campaign with a Stop button.
- Guards (first-contact budget, auto-slow, pause while restricted, opt-out footer text, image variation, expert mode) live in Settings > WhatsApp > Health in the "Sending preferences" card under Sending Health.
