Yahrzeit tracking built on the Hebrew calendar, for communities and families who need the right people reminded on the right Hebrew date every year. Entries are kept with Hebrew and English names, the Hebrew date, and optional notes, and Hebrew birthdays can be tracked the same way. Because dates are held as Hebrew dates rather than fixed civil dates, each year's reminder lands correctly on its own, including in leap years. For a date that falls on the thirtieth of a Hebrew month, which some years do not have, you choose on the entry itself whether those years observe it on the twenty-ninth of the same month or on the first of the next one, and the Hebrew date picker offers that choice as you enter the date. Entries can be collected into groups, and recipients subscribe either to a single entry or to a whole group, each with their own reminder tiers so one person can be told several days ahead and another on the day itself. Messages are rendered from your own templates in Hebrew or English and can optionally carry a Dvar Torah or a Segula. Reminders are generated ahead of time and then sent inside the org's chosen send window, so every scheduled message can be reviewed, edited, paused or skipped before it goes out, and a label can be applied automatically when one is sent. Available as the Yardsites extension from the marketplace.
