Getting Started with Spun

Scenario: You just signed up for Spun. In 10 minutes, you'll have your WhatsApp connected, your inbox organized, and your first AI-composed reply sent.

Prerequisites

• A WhatsApp account (personal or business)
• A desktop or laptop with a modern browser
• Your phone nearby for QR scanning

Step 1 — Connect your WhatsApp

1. Log in to app.spun.com.
2. Go to Settings → WhatsApp Connection.
3. Click Connect WhatsApp and scan the QR code with your phone.
4. Wait for the green "Connected" status.

TIP

Keep your phone connected to the internet. If the connection drops, Spun will automatically attempt to reconnect.

Step 2 — Explore your inbox

Once connected, your recent conversations sync automatically. You'll see:

• Chat list on the left — all your WhatsApp conversations
• Chat view in the center — messages, media, and reply composer
• Context panel on the right — contact details, labels, AI tools

Step 3 — Send your first AI reply

1. Open any conversation.
2. Click the AI icon (sparkle) in the composer.
3. Choose Compose and describe what you want to say.
4. Review the AI draft, edit if needed, and hit Send.

Step 4 — Organize with labels

1. Right-click any conversation (or use the label icon).
2. Create a label like "VIP" or "Follow-up".
3. Use the filter bar at the top to view only labeled conversations.

Pro tips

• Keyboard shortcuts: Press ? to see all available shortcuts.
• Dark mode: Toggle from the moon/sun icon at the bottom of the sidebar.
• Simple vs Power mode: Switch in Settings → Interface to show/hide advanced features.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
QR code expired	Click "Refresh QR" and scan again
